Returns Policy
Refunds
We are happy to offer you a refund within 60 days.
To complete your return we require an invoice or proof of purchase. Please email your intent to return to sales@e-p-s.com.au.
For any returns that aren’t faulty products, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging.
Upon inspection by EPS staff, a refund will be issued to you.
Shipping of returns
To return your product, please mail it to: EPS Electric Parts, 112 Briggs St, Welshpool WA 6106.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it is faulty. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty Returns
The goods we sell are covered under warranty. If a product is faulty, please email us with the details, along with your proof of purchase to sales@e-p-s.com.au. We will do our best to resolve the issue and supply a replacement once the faulty item has been received by us. We will cover return shipping if a product is deemed to be defective.
